How to add or replace videos on your website

To add or replace video using a Video Block: 

1. Upload/find the video on Youtube or Vimeo

2. Copy the video's shareable link

3. On your Squarespace website, click Edit the desired page

4. Find an insert point and insert a Video Block

5. Paste the Youtube or Vimeo link into the URL bar associated with the Video Block

To add a video using embed code:

1. Copy the embed code provided with your video

2. Click Edit on your Squarespace page

3. Find an insert point wherever you'd like to add your video

4. Insert a Code Block

5. Delete the sample code that appears automatically.

6. Paste the embed code

7. Click Apply

8. Click Save and Refresh the page to ensure your video embedded properly

To replace the video with an image: 

1. Click Edit on your Squarespace page

2. Hover near the top of the video until a blue (+) appears

3. Click the blue (+) button

4. Add an Image Block

5. Upload/select your image

6. Click Apply

7. Hover near the top of the video until "Edit" and appears

8. Click the trashcan icon next to "Edit" to remove the Video Block

9. If you like the change, click Save OR if you're undecided, click Cancel > Discard
