Can the 01, 02, 03 be removed from the Andrea template?

Absolutely! The templates can really be customized as much or as little as you'd like. You could swap out the 01-02-03 for other text if you'd like or remove them altogether. Refer to the tutorial videos you received with your purchase for step-by-step instructions on editing and removing template-specific content.
