How to add a contact form

You can add a contact form to any of our Squarespace templates with a few clicks:

1. Click Edit on the page to which you'd like to add a contact form

2. Find an insert point and click the (+) icon

3. Select Form from the list of content blocks

4. Edit the stock fields and add your own

5. Designate a storage source for your form

6. Click Save
